ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the 2nd respondent to direct the 4th respondent to install the remaining poles and provide electricity connection to the petitioner's agricultural lands as per the 3rd respondent's allotment order dated 20.12.2021 based on his representation dated 27.06.2022."
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of punja lands in Survey no.577 measuring an extent of 1.00.00 Hectares situated at Marunthu Village, Dindigul North Taluk, Dindigul District. In the year
2008, he made a representation to the 3rd and 4th respondents seeking an electricity service connection under the Tamil Nadu Government Scheme for providing free electricity connection for agricultural purposes. The 3rd respondent vide his proceedings dated 20.12.2021 informed the petitioner that he is eligible for getting free electricity connection. Pursuant thereto, the petitioner has produced all the requisite documents. Thereafter, the 3rd and 4th respondents inspected the respective lands and identified and fixed the route for laying electric power supply lines. In May 2022, the 4th respondent and their officials installed six poles, but the remaining works were stopped. The 4th respondent stated that since a portion of the route passed through a cart track situated on private patta land, they had approached the revenue authorities for further clarification. On 27.06.2022, the petitioner submitted a detailed representation in person to the respondents. As the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.06.2022 and pass orders after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and all other interested parties. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
