ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivakasi to dispose the case in D.V.C.No.06 of 2024 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3.The petitioner is the Complainant in D.V.C.No.06 of 2024 filed by the respondents herein for return of Sridhana articles and for maintenance and compensation.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Domestic Violence case is pending for the past one year without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.
5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.06 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. No costs. 03.07.2025 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes / No ta 2/4
