For Respondent : Mrs.M.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 05/07/2019 in Crl. M.P. No. 2997/ 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruchirappalli concerned in Crime No. 411/2019 on the file of the Respondent Police . ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the accused person to relax the condition which was imposed by the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruchirappalli, in Crl.M.P.No.2997 of 2019 dated 05.07.2019. 2.It is seen from the records that originally the petitioners herein have filed Crl.M.P.Nos.2594 and 2595 of 2019 seeking anticipatory bail for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. CRL OP(MD). No.11013 of 2019 Tiruchirappalli, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners by the order dated 19.06.2019 by imposing certain conditions and it appears that one such condition is that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of 30 days; subsequently the petitioners have filed Crl.M.P.2997 of 2019 seeking to modify the said condition as the petitioners are working as Assistant professors in the E.V.R Periyar College, Tiruchirappalli and hence they could not appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. Considering that submission, the learned Sessions Judge modified the said condition to the effect that they shall appear before the respondent police daily at 07.00 p.m for a period of 30 days.

3.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, the petitioners have not complied the said condition even for a single day. 4.This Court does not find any merit in this petition.
