ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2016 and to direct the respondents to take appropriate action against the illegal occupier of petitioner's 3 cents of land allotted to his grandfather vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.A.1444/59 dated 30.09.1962 by the Special Tahsildar (L.A) Adi Dravidar Welfare Unit - I, Madurai.

Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.The prayer in the writ petition is too generic in nature and the same cannot be granted by this Court by exercising its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. If the petitioner has any grievance as against the 5th respondent or any third party regarding the relief prayed for, he has to approach the appropriate Court. Invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India straightaway is misconceived and not maintainable. 4.Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
