ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction, to direct the respondents to pay the enhanced compensation to the petitioner for the damages caused by the Kaja Cyclone to the petitioner's properties based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2019.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to Kaja Cyclone in Pudukkottai District, the petitioner's property was heavily damaged, in which, the petitioner's house and cultivating land, which includes 92 coconut tress, were also destroyed. Therefore, he made a representation seeking for compensation before the second respondent. In this regard, the Government Officials inspected his property, estimated the damaged value and also deposited a sum of Rs.12,800/- to the petitioner's bank account. Aggrieved by the said amount, he made an another application dated 10.04.2019 to the respondents, for enhancement of compensation. So far no action has been taken, hence this Writ Petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that appropriate orders will be passed as early as possible by the respondents.
5. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. If any order has already been passed, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner.
6.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
