Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to direct the 4th and 5th respondents not to interfere the civil dispute of petitioner's property thereby restraining the 4th and 5th respondents from harassing the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and Mr.K.Rajeshwaran, learned counsel appearing for the intervenor.

The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the petitioner and the intervenor have appeared before the 4th respondent and gave a written statement dated 17.09.2016, in which both of them have agreed to settle their dispute before the competent Court. He further submitted that based on the statement, the complaint was closed.
