ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that objection has been raised from one Gnanadurai. Thus, there is dispute as to the person to whom compensation amount is payable. It is undertaken by the respondents that reference will be made under Section 64 of the Central Act 30 of 2013. It is further undertaken that compensation amount will be deposited to the credit of the jurisdictional PDJ. It is for the petitioner to work out her rights before the jurisdictional civil Court.

2. Recording the undertaking of the respondents that reference will be made and the compensation amount will be deposited within a period of three months, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
