3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai to dispose the case pending in D.V.O.P. No. 3 of 2016, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court, after completion of the proceedings.
