Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Nagercoil, to dispose the petition in D.V.C.No.28 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level) Nagercoil, within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

In view of the innocuous relief, which is prayed for in the Civil Revision Petition to expedite the petition in D.V.C.No.28 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level) Nagercoil, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself without notice to the respondent on the following terms:

(i)The learned Additional Mahila Judge (Magistrate Level) Nagercoil, is requested to take up the petition in D.V.C.No.28 of 2023 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
