PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide employment priority to the petitioner for any job for take care of the petitioner life on the basis of the final report prepared by the second and fifth respondents in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.11028/2016/Aa2 dated 22.09.2017 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2019. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide employment priority to the petitioner on the basis of the representation dated 23.07.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that with reference to the prayer sought for in this writ petition, based on the final report prepared by the fifth respondent/Tahsildar, Nilakottai Taluk, Nilakottai, Dindigul District, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents 2 to 4 on 23.07.2019. But, no action has been taken by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent concerned till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for the relief stated supra.

3.In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2019, would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In agreement with the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
