The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property situate in Survey No.268/4A with an extent of 34.58 cents in Vickramangalam Village, Chellampatti Union, Madurai South, Madurai District, by considering his application No.2025/0123/24/016090, dated 03.06.2025.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.N.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jaya Priya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions from first respondent, would submit that notice of survey was already issued fixing 26.06.2025, as the date for surveying of the subject property.

4. The statement made by the learned Government Advocate is 2/4

recorded and the first respondent is directed to complete the survey and furnish his survey report within a period of eight (8) weeks from the data of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
