ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 5227 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD). No. 415 of 2024 on 07.04.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent Police Station, daily at 10.30a.m., and he has duly complied the condition so far. The petitioner is a coolie worker and he finds it difficult to comply the aforesaid condition. Hence, prays to relax the said condition. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and in this case, investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5227 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD) No.415 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Station once in a week, ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
