Respondent/Petitioner/Defendant Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2020 in O.S.No.146 of 2018 within a stipulated time. (AMENDED VIDE COURT ORDER DATED 14.12.2021 MADE IN CMP(MD). NO.9915/2021 IN CRP(MD).NO.1478/21) ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and in the caption "For Extension of Time", and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 08/10/2021 and a letter submitted by the Additional District Judge, Kuhithuri (FAC), in D.No.146/2022, dated 05.04.2022, this Court made the following order: As per the order passed by this Court dated 08.10.2021, the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai was directed to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2020 in O.S.No.146 of 2018, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai has requested to extend the time limit.

2.In view of the above, finally one month time is extended for disposing the matter, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
