ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned tender notification dated 30.05.2025 issued by the third respondent vide proceeding bearing Na.Ka.No.A1/1438/2024 and consequential direction to the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025 and grant the tender as per the petitioner's quotation for removing the Kattukaruvelam Trees(seemaikaruvelam Trees) from Sur.No.109 till Sur.No.119-Killukudi Kanmoi, Vilaththur Group, Muththanendhal Sub - Division, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2/5
2. It is noticed that the fourth respondent, namely, one M.Karuppasamy had earlier approached this Court in W.P(MD)No.15356 of 2025, wherein, he challenged the decision of the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 24.04.2025 pursuant to the decision of the District Collector to hold a fresh auction.
3. This Court by order dated 09.06.2025 directed the respondents to call for re-auction. However, this Court has not been appraised of the fact that already tender notification dated 30.05.2025 has been issued.
4. The learned Additional Advocate General submits that about 31 persons participated in the tender. However, the petitioner failed to participate in the auction held on 18.06.2025. It is submitted that M.Karuppasamy, who was the petitioner in W.P(MD)No.15356 of 2025/fourth respondent herein, emerged as the successful bider, who offered to pay a sum of Rs.33,75,000/- as against the original sum of Rs.1,46,000/-, which was offered by him during the previous auction.

5. The petitioner is unable to match the aforesaid amount, which was offered by the said M.Karuppasamy in the auction held on 18.06.2025. The petitioner has also not participated in the auction held on 18.06.2025 pursuant to the tender notification dated 30.05.2025.
6. Therefore, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
