O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate steps on the 1st respondent's letter, dated 23.05.2012 and the 2nd respondent's letter, dated 16.08.2012 and 1st respondent letter No.Ma.Pa.E2/70/2017, dated 18.04.2017 within a time frame, by surveying the land and to earmark the boundaries of 41 cents of the land comprised in S.No.19/1 (Sub Division No.19/1B3) out of an extent of 4 Acres 59 cents of Srirampuram Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The case of the petitioner is that the land in survey No.19/1 (Sub Division No.19/1B3) to an extent of 4 Acres and 59 cents was originally owned by her father-in-law Subbiah Pillai and after his demise, his two sons namely Ramaraj, the husband of the petitioner and Vairakannu, died in a road accident on 13.08.1994. Thereafter, the petitioner along with the other legal heirs sold 4.18 acres out of the total extent of 4.59 Acres and the petitioner is entitled for remaining 41 cents. 3.The petitioner would state that she sent representation to the respondents to survey and fix the boundaries of her 41 cents. Since there was no response, she sent a representation to the Chief Minister's Cell on 06.03.2012 and also submitted representations to the respondents on 11.04.2017. Since, no favour order was passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5.The Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the 3rd respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

6.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.04.2017 and pass suitable orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy. No costs.
