ORDER

The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.142 of 2025 on the file of the third respondent, has filed this petition seeking transfer of investigation of the said case.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondent Police have already completed the investigation and they have referred the case as "Mistake of Fact", on 19.06.2025. Further, he submits that the petitioner refused to receive RCS notice and therefore, they have pasted the same on the door of the petitioner's house.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate by filing a protest petition. 23.06.2025 Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes gns 2/4
