[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents herein to 1 to 4 to give adequate police protection to the lands of the petitioner while removing Seemai Karuvelam trees by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader has taken notice for the respondents.

3. It is seen from the records that on 28.11.2016 a complaint has been given to the first respondent by the petitioner and the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. In fine, this Writ petition is allowed in part without cost. The first respondent is directed to look into the complaint dated 28.11.2016 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of one week.
