The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry.

2. Today (23.06.2025), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for admission, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that based on the complaint of R3, they have registered a criminal case as against this petitioner and two others in Crime No.220 of 2025 on 17.06.2025, for the offence under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 109 IPC.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
