Mr.A.Senthil Kumar (In both cases) ******* COMMON ORDER The petitioner/wife, who is the respondent in G.O.P.No.87 of 2019 and F.C.O.P.No.313 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur has filed these transfer petitions seeking transfer of the above proceedings to the file of the Family Court, Vilupuram.

2.The respondent, who has entered appearance through counsel, has no objection to the transfer being ordered and is accordingly, ordered.

3.Considering the fact that the proceedings have been pending since the year 2019, the learned Family Judge, Vilupuram is directed to dispose of the petitions within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
