ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner has lodged a complaint seeking a thorough investigation on the forged document and the murder of one Mani @ Arulanandham. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the enquiry is pending, since the petitioner has not cooperated for such enquiry.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the third respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the 2/4

parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the ongoing enquiry conducted by the third respondent police.
