Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner seeks mutation of patta. Application has also been given in this regard.
3.The second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned application and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
