Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned transfer order passed by the 3rd respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.5158/A1/2016, dated 07.09.2016, quash the same and direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner to the existing vacant post of Tailoring Instructress or to shift the petitioner's tailoring Centre.

O R D E R

The petitioner was formerly working as a Tailoring Instructress in the Tailoring Work Centre. By means of the impugned order dated 07.09.2016, she has been transferred to the District Social Welfare Office. Challenging the same, she is before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that from the date of the transfer order viz., 07.09.2016, the petitioner has not turned up for duty and thus, the petitioner has not obeyed the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. A person, who showed such kind of deviance, is not entitled for any relief at the hands of this Court. This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. It is directed that the petitioner shall report duty in compliance with the order dated 07.09.2016 and then, if so advised, she may approach this Court again for any relief. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
