This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry, by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is a dispute regarding family property between the Petitioner and his brother. The brother of the Petitioner had preferred a complaint with the second Respondent, based on which the second Respondent used to summon the Petitioner at odd hours. Therefore, the Petitioner had filed this Petition seeking direction to the second Respondent not to harass him. 3.The learned Government Advocate for the Respondents 1 and 2 submits that based on the complaint of the brother of the Petitioner, C.S.R.No.422 of 2022 was issued and based on the same, enquiry was conducted, in which both the Petitioner as well as his brother appeared. Based on the enquiry, they were advised to approach the Civil Court concerned to workout their remedy and the enquiry was closed on 23.07.2022.

4.Since the enquiry had been closed by the second Respondent, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Petition stands disposed of.
