ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the complaint dated 22.02.2023 and 27.05.2023 on the file of the second respondent and entrusted the same to any other Competent Officer on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2023 within the time period stipulated.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner's brother enquiry was undertaken and now, the FIR in Crime No.220 of 2023 has been registered against the five persons.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous and at this stage, the transfer of investigation does not arise at all. 30.06.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes/No tta 2/4
