Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner purchased a house property from one Janab Syed Ibrahim. In turn, his vendor purchased the same from one Muthaiah Servai. Now, patta stands in the name of said Muthaiah Servai. Being the subsequent purchaser of the said property, the petitioner has made a representation before the second respondent on 21.06.2016 for change of patta in his name. But, so far no order has been passed by the Tahsildar. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.06.2016, and pass suitable orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the necessary parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
