Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus restraining respondents from taking illegal custody of the entire supporters of Jallikattu in all over the State and consequently directing the respondents not making any nuisance to the supporters of Jallikattu in any manner.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent not making any nuisance to the supporters of Jallikattu in any manner, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has reiterated the averments made in the writ petition.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has represented that there is no specific allegation for alleged illegal custody. 5.Considering the nature of the relief sought in the writ petition, this Court feels that the same is not legally maintainable and therefore the same deserves to be dismissed.
6.In fine, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
