ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.2022 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Though this petition is filed seeking for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.2022 of 2017, this court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. Hence there shall be a direction to the second respondent to file final report within period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
