Seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2026 to provide police protection to conduct temple festival in Arulmighu Karupanasamy Temple situated at V.Karisalkulam, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, this writ petition is filed.

2. Heard both sides and perused the records.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court 2/5

directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2026 by putting the petitioner as well as the sixth respondent on notice under Section 64 of B.N.S.S. on or before 15.06.2026 and after providing opportunity to both the parties, consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
