Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioners online application No.2025/0154/15/004191 to issue patta in favour of

the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in SF No.7/2, Ward AH, Block 4 situated at K. Sathanur (South) Village, Tiruchirappalli (West) Taluk and District admeasuring to an extent of Acre 1.18 cents within a specific time frame that may be fixed by this Honble High Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.S.Sivaram, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.Shankar Murali For 1st Respondent and Mr. G.V.Vairam Santhosh, Additional Government Pleader for the 2nd respondent, this Court made the following order: 'Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
