O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. He has also given a representation on 10.11.2020. Since the enquiry proceedings did not conclude, this writ petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners have not filed any detailed document so as to favourably consider the case.

4. Be that as it may, the second respondent cannot keep the petition pending. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This writ petition stand disposed of on these terms. No costs.
