O R D E R

In view of the law laid down by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., v. the Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2 Adyar Police Station, Chennai and another reported in 2016(5) CTC 577, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable.

2. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.168 of 2017 before the second respondent and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry expeditiously.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
