This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Ma(Ma) A2(1)/5147/2015 dated 11.12.2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same and further directing the first respondent not to grant any renewal of licence for any further period, permitting the second respondent to run a bar to serve IMFL in the petitioner's premises known as Gowri Tourist Home.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
