PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made in S.F.No.278/22, Alankudi Village, R.S.Mangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by the 4th respondent herein by sub dividing it as 1/4

S.F.No.278/52 and also directing the 2nd respondent to cancel the sub division made in it.

If at all patta has been illegally granted in the name of the 4th respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for cancellation of patta. 2.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
