ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b), 506(1), 418 and 456 IPC in Cr.No.168 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, by posting himself as an Auditor, undertook to file income tax returns of many of the traders in Aruppukottai Town and also he got his fee from them. However, he failed to file the returns, resulting loss/fine to the traders. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that after registering this case, four other victims have given complaint before the Commissioner of Police.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that this 2/3

is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
