ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.234 of 2018 pending on the file of the second respondent 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the second respondent is in the course of investigation and the investigation will be completed within a short time and final report will be filed.

4.Taking into consideration of the case, the second respondent is directed to effectively conduct the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
