ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.132/Kaa.Thu.Ka/Usilai/2023, dated 24.06.2023 passed by the 1st respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner temple to conduct the adal padal cultural program, which is scheduled to be held on 01.07.2023 at evening hours on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 24.06.2023.
2. Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Heard both sides.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that festival for the temple, by name, "Arulmigu Sri Kottai Karuppasamy and Jakkammal Kovil, was scheduled on 30.06.2023 and 01.07.2023. Subsequent to the same, in order to conduct a cultural programme on 01.07.2023, they sought permission of the police by giving a representation. But, the second respondent has considered and rejected the 2/5
said representation. Challenging the same, the writ petitioner has come before this Court for the above said relief.
5. Perusal of impugned order shows that citing some law and order issue, the representation that was made by the petitioner has been rejected. Even though no specific reason has been mentioned, it is seen from the entire CD file produced before this Court that there was some trouble has been arose between the two villagers with regard to installation of Dr.Ambedkar's photo.
6. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, on the previous occasion such event was permitted, no such occurrence took place and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed by the respondents.
7. Considering the fact that till date the situation in the above said village has not returned to normally, it will take reasonable time to conduct such an event. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. 28.06.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes/No trp 3/5
