RESPONDENT/COMLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2269/21 in Crl.OP(MD)No.15834/20 dt. 07/04/2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABAKARAN C, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2269 of 2021 in Crl.O.P (MD)No.15834 of 2020, dated 07.04.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner is complying with the condition from 20.04.2021 and the second petitioner is complying with the condition from 26.04.2021, without fail.

4. Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
