Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S.VINOTH CASIMIR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the final report in CC No.53 of 2024. 2.Today(22.07.2024), when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has obtained the certified copy of the final report and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3.Permission is granted. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
