Prayer in WP(MD)No.5479 of 2019 :- Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent in ROC No.2756/A2/2004, dated 31.05.2004 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant w.e.f.29.08.2003, in the 5th respondent school with all consequential benefits.
ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Barathi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.N.Sathish Kumar, Additional Government Pleader, for the official respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition is filed to set aside the order dated 12.06.2025 and restore the above Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.5479 of 2019 on the file of this Court.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that he has no objection for allowing this petition.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the Writ Petition is restored.
4. Registry is directed to restore the Writ Petition on file and list the matter next week.
