: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the liquor shop with TASMAC bar with shop No.10894, situated in the building with D.No.14/606, in S.No.73/5, in Kalloorani Village, in Pavoorchatram, in Tenkasi Taluk, in Tirunelveli District within a time frame as fixed by this Court. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The learned Standing Counsel for the TASMAC, on instructions, submitted that the TASMAC has already closed the shop. The submission is made on the strength of the report submitted by the District Manager, TASMAC, Tirunelveli, dated 20.05.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the closure of the TASMAC shop No.10894 situated at D.No.14/406 in S.No.73/5, Kalloorani Village, Tenkasi Taluk, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
