CMP(MD) No.6603 of 2020 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.GUNASEELANMUTHIAH, Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and of Mr.K.S.MUTHU, Advocate for the 1st Respondent and Mr.G.THIRUVARUT SELVAN, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for further three months to deposit the entire award amount as per order made in C.M.P(MD).No.5333 of 2020 in C.M.A(MD).No.483 of 2020, dated 04.11.2020.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners would submit that the respondents have to get sanction for depositing the amount and this application has been filed on 23.11.2020 and now almost two months is over. Hence, he further submitted that if one month time is granted, the entire amount with interest will be deposited.
3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, one month time is granted from today to comply with the order dated 04.11.2020.
4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
5.Post the matter on 11.03.2021.
