ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9742 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.157 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai twice in a month (i.e., on the 1st and 15th of every English Calender month) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. If 1st and 15 2/3

day falls on a holiday, the petitioner shall appear before the above said Court on the next working day.
