This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to provide necessary Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 70 years. The accused along with others are attempting to encroach the petitioner's property and they have also damaged the property. Based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.126 of 2024 as against the accused. However, the respondent police has not taken any action. Now the accused is again interfering with possession of the petitioner's property and also threatening him.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for 2/4
the respondent and submits that it is case and counter case. The petitioner and the respondents 3 to 7 are neighbours. Based on the complaint of the third respondent, a case has been registered in Crime No.127 of 2024 as against the petitioner.
4.This Court considered the rival submissions made. 5.It is a case and counter case and it appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the accused with regard to a property. The petitioner shall work out his remedy by filing a civil suit seeking an injunction, if so advised.
