(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the Writ Petition is to forbear the respondents from opening the new TASMAC shop at S.No.40/2, Palaya Agraharam Village, Siramelkudi, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District, or any other location within the jurisdiction of Siramelkudi.

2.The very nature of the relief is premature and no writ can be issued in respect of such a presumption. In the absence of any cause, the Writ Petition is not entertainable.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
