JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The challenge in this Writ Appeal is to the order of the learned Single Judge dated 15.09.2023, made in W.P.(MD)No.2210 of 2022.

2. Mr.P.T.Thiraviyam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, upon instructions, would submit that the Assistant Director of Geology and Mining, had directed e-auction of the quarry, which is subject matter of this Writ Appeal and orders have been passed on 15.07.2024, permitting e-auction. He would also add that necessary proceedings have been undertaken and that the e-auction will be conducted within three months from today. The appellant will be able to participate in the e-auction.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Appeal is disposed of with liberty to the appellant to seek re-opening if the e-auction is not conducted within three months. No costs.
