The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions raised in the petition and submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.07.2020.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.07.2020 will be considered at the earliest. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.07.2020. If it is found that police protection is not necessary, based on the petitioner's representation, the representation shall be rejected and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner so that he can work out his rights in the manner known to law. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
