ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing third respondent to accord police protection for our temple festival held on 07.06.2026, 10.06.2026 and 17.06.2026 at Sri Arulmigu Muthumariamman and Sri Vinayakar Temple, Thathanoor Village, Thottiyapatti Post, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2026 within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered.

3. In this regard, the third respondent police is directed to afford necessary police protection for the conduct of temple festival in the afore said temple on 07.06.2026, 10.06.2026 and 17.06.2026 at Sri Arulmigu 2/4
