Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petition has been filed seeking exemption for paying Court fee, the petitioner is now ready to pay the Court fee.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks one week time for paying the Court fee.
