CRL MP(MD) No.7152 of 2021 This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the first petitioner to withdraw the amount which was deposited by the respondent before the Family Court, Theni as an arrears of maintenance and also to withdraw the 50% monthly maintenance amount, which is going to be deposited by the respondent in every month in view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.732 of 2021 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.47 of 2021, dated 04.02.2021. 2.Heard both sides.

3.There is no strong objection on the side of the respondent. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed.
