O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct the speedy enquiry and take appropriate action for vacating the TASMAC shop No.5173 in proceeding Number in Na.Ka.8173/2016/X3, dated 11.07.2016 on the file of the second respondent within stipulated period.

2. Heard Mr.A.G.Senthilkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The case of the petitioner is that already the enquiry was pending before the second respondent. The petitioner has given representation on 23.06.2016, to the respondents 1 and 2. Based on that representation, the second respondent has sent a letter to the Regional District Manager, TASSMAC Ltd., Madurai, directing them to inform about the enquiry.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and without going into the merits of this case, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry by giving an opportunity to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 23.06.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
